A plain-language outline of how your information will be handled.

About this prototype

This frontend demonstration does not send form submissions to a server, create member records or send emails. Form success messages are simulated in your browser.

Information we plan to collect

The proposed live service will collect contact details, Oxford college and matriculation information, membership preferences, consent choices and any optional information you provide.

How information will be used

Information will support network administration, essential member communications, events and other activities you explicitly choose. The final privacy policy will describe the legal basis and retention period for each use.

Cookies and browser storage

This prototype uses local browser storage only to remember your privacy-banner selection. No analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are installed.

Your choices

The live service will allow members to review and update communication preferences through a secure email-confirmation flow. Unknown email addresses will not be revealed.
